How to book:
1) Press the button “I agree with terms and conditions”
2) Press the button BOOK and follow the instructions

4) Wait for my confirmation about availability your required date & time of the tour.
** It usually takes about one day, often it takes less time, seldom – a bit more; but be patient and sure – I always respond you, as soon as possible
5) After I have confirmed the availability the button PAYMENT is active and you can pay the deposit via…..
6) After payment the deposit your tour is booked.
7) The full payment is to be done at least 2 weeks before the tour
** If the payment is not done in full on time, the booked time of your tour can be used for booking by other clients
Cancellation and Refund conditions:
8) Once I receive your cancellation request, I will process it. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used at making the booking and it will be processed within 15 business days; however, posting times may differ depending upon the service agreement with your credit card provider. The refund (if any) is sent to THE SAME account from which the payment had been done
9) For cancellation the tour please contact me as soon as possible.
10) To qualify for a refund for a cancelled tour, you must contact me BEFORE the tour starts.
11) Full refund (except bank fees) if you cancel 15 days or more from the tour start
12) 50% refund if you cancel 7 days or more from the tour start
13) Non-refundable if you cancel 2 days or less from the tour start
14) Full refund (except bank fees) if you cancel anytime due to certain unforeseeable events. These include travel restrictions imposed by governments, war, civil insurrection, strike, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster; circumstances where a cruise ship cannot dock, or flight to your destination is cancelled. ** Please note, that ”unforeseeable events” do not include personal or family illness or injury, poor weather or a change of plans.
15) For the refund in case of ”unforeseeable events” the confirmation documents can be required
